The Master planned development for the project Shantiniketan at Whitefield had been done by Arcop and the client was the Prestige group. The Convention hall, a 45,000 Sqft area hall constructed in precast concrete work built in the middle of a Group housing project. The Universal Sai Center was meant to be the place where Baba would come to give darshan. Execution done by L & T Contractors.
