Mid to High end segment luxury apartments, both 3 and 4 bedroom type as well as standalone villas with all modern facilities and living standards were the general requirement of the project by the clients. We understand from our past experiences that luxury is how one feels the apartment from within and we can say with confidence that space maximization within the apartment while retaining the exclusivity of various spaces was the key distinguishing feature which sets this project apart.

The façade has been designed to be simple and contemporary catering to the needs of light and ventilation. The idea is to have simplicity and boldness in elevations through minimalistic approach yet making them timeless.
